Gotham Project: Chest Armor DIY
3D modeled after a rough scan of the real deal suit display. Printed and then tapered in Cordura™️ fabric, then molded and cast in Smooth on™️ products.
You need to do the painting and weathering on the piece as you’d get it fresh out of the mold.
Final piece includes 4 snaps pegs on the back and Velcro to safely secure it to the undersuit and cape.
Straps on each side of the top are sewn together and two pegs on each strap with elastic band are placed as in the movie piece
Cast in Urethane foam
Turnaround time is 2 weeks
